Booking and cancellation policies
All rates quoted in Canadian funds unless noted otherwise in writing. Bookings are based on availability, on a first come, first served basis. A four-night minimum stay is required, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
A deposit representing 25% of the total cost of booking is due at time of reservation, payable with cheque, wire transfer, money order or credit card. We except VISA , MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival and will be processed automatically on your credit card unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance and in writting.
Floatplane and/or wheeled plane (if weather dictates substitution) departure times will be made available to guests as part of the confirmation package sent to them once the deposit has been paid for the reservation.
Cancellation is permitted 60 days prior to arrival but will result in a $200 per person penalty. Deposits on record at that time will be refunded in full. If cancellation is received within 60 days or less of scheduled arrival, all deposits on record are 100% non-refundable. Rates are subject to change without notice, though rates for deposit-paid reservations may not change.
All-inclusive packages promise world-class accommodation, five star cuisine, premium wines and spirits. Should guests wish to order from the reserve wine list or enjoy a special select liquor, cigars, or extraordinary Healing Grounds treatments (over and above those included in package), a surcharge will appear on their statement.
A singles supplement of $300 per night applies to reservations requesting single occupancy of rooms or tents. Supplement surcharges vary by season and occupancy levels, so please inquire at time of booking.
