Booking and cancellation policies

All rates quoted on our web site are in Canadian dollars unless noted otherwise in writing. Bookings are based on availability and are on a first come - first served basis.

Our regular overnight rates listed are based on a per room basis, two adults per room.

Our "Aurora Borealis" & "Mushing /Spa" all inclusive package prices are listed on a per person basis.

A deposit representing 25% of the total accommodation costs are due at time of reservation, payable by credit card. We accept VISA & MASTERCARD.

30 days prior to your arrival date your credit card will be charged the outstanding amount for your entire accommodations, processed on your credit card, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance and in writing. All other charges such as spa services, beverages, meals etc. are due in full on your departure date.

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to your "check-in" date are permitted, but will result in a one time $100 per room penalty charge. Deposits on record at that time will be refunded in full minus the penalty charge. If cancellation is received within 60 to 30 days of scheduled arrival, all deposits are 100% non-refundable plus a one time $100 per room . Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date will be charged the full accommodation rates for your scheduled stay. Rates are subject to change without notice, though rates for deposit-paid reservations may not change.

Applicable territorial, federal and hotel/resort taxes are not included in published rates. Please inquire at time of booking regarding applicable tax rates.

Perfect Earth Tours is not responsible for extraordinary costs such as hotel, food, beverage, ground transport, air carrier costs incurred due to weather-related delays or cancellations or missed connecting flights or any other reasons. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Perfect Earth Tours and Green - Inn on the River reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any and all tours booked due to extraordinary circumstances such as weather related circumstances, natural disasters and / or force majeure.

A certain level of risk is inherent in all wilderness activities. Please refer to the resorts waiver document for details.

By booking a trip with Perfect Earth Tours and the Green-Inn on the River and paying your initial deposit of 25% all clients agree to the above terms and confirm that the above written booking policies have been read and fully understood.
